Signature Capture (v2.8)

The Signature Capture settings on the User File Update screen - Mobile Security tab apply to the Proof of Delivery module of Micronet Mobile Applications (refer to "Applications - Proof of Delivery").

To configure these settings:

  1. Display the User File Update screen - Mobile Security tab.

Refer to "Maintenance - Edit UserIDs - 9. Mobile Security (v2.8)".

  1. Complete the following fields:

Select Yes if this user can capture customer signatures on their PDA, otherwise select No. If you select Yes, the Proof of Delivery menu option will be enabled when the user logs on to their PDA.

  1. Configure any further fields on the Mobile Security tab that are required for the Micronet Mobile Applications this user has access to.
